A multi-faceted Venetian wine, which is first and foremost a traveler. The Raboso wine, or the “wine for the trip” as they all called it, that #vinoumano is presenting today is Redentor, a traditional method sparkling wine by the winery Tessere Società Agricola and described by Emanuela Bincoletto.
Redentor is a traditional method rosé sparkling wine produced with Raboso Piave grapes, vinified in rosé, grown on a clayey soil and manually harvested at the end of October.
The wine’s pinkish color is similar to the onion’s shades and it turns golden with a longer fermentation in bottle. The aroma includes marasca cherry, blackberry, citrus, pomegranate and apple. In the mouth it has balanced acid, vibrant and complex taste. It is perfect as aperitif, but it also matches well with first and second courses, including elaborate dishes. To be served cool, at a 10°C temperature.
The Tessère società agricola winery was founded in 1979, when Ilario Bincoletto decided to set up the farm. Today Emanuela is committed to continue her father’s work with passion. Each produced bottle conveys the deep connection with the territory of Venice and the Piave river.
Everything starts in the farm land, where expert hands cultivate and harvest the grapes, the valuable fruit of the land that are turned into the final product. Each wine has the aroma of its land of origin and it represents a tangible mark of the history, traditions and respect for nature of these places. Original production is accompanied by DOC wines, mainly represented by the Raboso.
